∎ Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, community development, or a related area.
∎ Strong understanding of police-community relations and youth engagement.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
∎ Fluency in Bengali and English.

∎ Coordinate and oversee the implementation of project activities in Kurigram and Gaibandha.
∎ Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
∎ Ensure project activities align with the project's overall objectives and specific goals.
∎ Establish strong relationships with local police, youth groups, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
∎ Facilitate regular meetings and open dialogues between police and youth to discuss community concerns and build trust.
∎ Organize and conduct advocacy sessions, workshops, and seminars with police officers and youth.
∎ Develop and implement community awareness campaigns through theatre performances, media channels, and social platforms.
∎ Coordinate exposure visits to local police stations for youth to enhance their understanding of police operations.
∎ Promote youth volunteering programs to assist police in traffic management and awareness campaigns.
∎ Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed on time and within budget.
∎ Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of project interventions.
∎ Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project management and donors.
∎ Conduct training sessions for youth and police on ethical leadership, legal rights, and community engagement.
∎ Develop and disseminate Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials to educate communities on police services and legal rights.
∎ Support the development of youth forums and community youth groups in both mainland and char areas.
