∎ Employment Status: Full Time (Project Staff)
∎ Duration of Contract: From the date of joining to 31/12/2020

∎ Experience requirements: Minimum 2 years of field level experience of working with disabled peoples organizations and the rights of persons with disabilities
∎ Reporting to: CBR Coordinator, CBR Department in Coordination with Assistant Manager, Rehabilitation WIng
∎ Job location: CRP Savar (Head Office) with extensive field visits.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist supervisor in team strategy development, activity design and details implementation plan (DIP ) of Community Reintegration Supports (CRS)
∎ To figure out of action plan of offering CRS to CRP beneficiaries
∎ Consultation with Community Based Rehab (CBR) coordinator to finalize the CRP beneficiaries
∎ Assist supervisor in preparing the budget, collecting and submitting accounts of Community Reintegration supports
∎ Support team members to select and finalize the CRP beneficiaries list for CRS /livelihood and economical security support interventions
∎ To maintain the liaison with CRP interdepartmental to ensure the eligible CRP beneficiaries.
∎ Lead the team members to conduct house hold survey and analyze business plan to assess the eligibility of run the business or continue the entrepreneurship by CRP beneficiaries as well as do to reassessment of CRP beneficiaries when the given information proven altered from actual
∎ Supervision and assist to Community Reintegration Supports (CRS) distribution team members
∎ Coordinate field activities; deliver the work plan and budget the field team members
∎ To follow up and monitor in-kind supports cash transfer to beneficiaries bank accounts or mobile baking systems
∎ To draft the plan of in-kind support items purchase from local bazar and markets
∎ Supervise and monitor the quality of in-kind supports of CRS
∎ Prepare activity reports, monthly status reports and other project related documents using CRP and ICRC standard templates and procedures.
∎ Maintain close interaction with the ICRC team members throughout the project implementation period.
∎ Ensure reviewing of project progresses timely
∎ Any other job assigned by the organization as when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience with community-based organization/initiative, livelihood & community reintegration
∎ Experience in community-based projects especially for people with disabilities sector will be an advantage.
∎ In addition, the person should have excellent documentation (Bangla and English) , project management, budget management, problem solving, negotiation and decision making skill.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
