Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Formation & Functioning of Friendship Community Development Committee (FCDC) and Friendship Farmers Club (FFC).
∎ Conduct survey to select the beneficiaries according to the guideline.
∎ Maintain a high degree of financial integrity and accountability and ensure adherence to FRIENDSHIP policies and procedures in program spending and budget monitoring.
∎ Develop work plan and submit to the Supervisor and ensure its implementation.
∎ Successfully complete the training schedule and lesson learning session.
∎ Organize and facilitate training.
∎ Provide input support to the beneficiaries.
∎ Time to time share new agricultural (Crop, Livestock, and Fisheries) technology with our FCDC and FFC member and motivate to implement.
∎ Ensure timely submission of weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports to the supervisor.
∎ Documentation and Reporting.
∎ Liaison with the different stakeholders.
∎ Conduct TNA and FINA.
∎ Monitor and supervise the project activities.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the progress of IGA and develop entrepreneur.
∎ Communication and coordination with our internal sector of the organization.
∎ Any other work set by the authority of the Organization.
∎ A diploma in Agriculture, or Livestock and experience in the related field
∎ Responsibility:
