∎ Minimum Master Degree in Education, Social Science or equivalent field experience

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7 years of professional experience with 3 years in similar role
∎ Experience in international NGO / NGO or similar organization
∎ Understanding on education governance in the Chittagong Hill Tracts
∎ Experience in development of high standard SBCC and IEC material, training module preferred, and promotional materials.
∎ Experience in working with diverse-cultural background’s teams.
∎ Experience in partnership management
∎ Working experience in child sponsorship program will be added an advantage
