∎ Planning and organizational skills;
∎ Good knowledge of the use of Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, Power Point), and internet browsing;
∎ Written and spoken skills in Bangla and English are required;
∎ Valid driving license (ability to drive a motorcycle);
∎ Residential location has to be in the project area;
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage the workload effectively;
∎ Leadership skills and ability to effectively manage the time;
∎ Previous experience with dalit/marginalized communities will be a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervising the Community Facilitators (CF) of the project for smooth implementation of the day-to-day project activities.
∎ Supervising and Coordinating the CF volunteer of the project for different awareness sessions arranged at community levels (Dalit Community Group / Organization (DCO), CSOs, Youth clubs (YC), parents/guardians, teachers, local authorities, local political and religious leaders).
∎ Arrangement and coordination of different project activities like training, meeting, workshop, etc. at various level.
∎ Coordinating the youth group, DCGs, Human Right defender groups for implementation of the advocacy plan to address the rights of dalit and excluded peoples.
∎ Organizing and mobilizing the community peoples includes direct beneficiaries to raise voice for the establishment of their human rights.
∎ Implementation of all activities as project plan, report preparation and submit to Coordinators.
∎ Preparing the monthly, quarterly and support to prepare annual report and work plan, staff individual action plan (SIAP) for the following month.
∎ Supervising the Volunteers work plan, collect day to day performance report, compilation and submit to Head of Program (R&HR).
∎ Ensuring result tracking data collection as per project output & outcome, Data validity check, Compilation and submit to PC and input in online. Data validity verification provided by the CFs.
∎ Organize regular staff meeting (Weekly & Monthly) with informing the agenda to Project coordinator, Head of program, Head of finance and admin, Executive director.
∎ Keeping liaison with different level of stakeholders in the project area including the beneficiaries.
∎ Keeping all record (File index , Separate report file, Separate Plan file and others).
∎ Assist to financial management rules and regulation as well as related task as per guideline.
∎ Performing any other related job assigned by the authority from time to time.

∎ Job Location: Keshabpur Upazila of Jashore district.
∎ Responsibilities:
