∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing the work plan, in strong coordination with the field and the Operations team.
∎ Sharing duties and responsibilities among team members, and establishing reporting channels and tools (template, formats).
∎ Creates clear channel of communication between the team leaders, school teachers, camp authority and leaders.
∎ Providing mentoring and supervision to the program team in the field of Education.
∎ Participating in the development of project's proposals.
∎ Supporting the establishment of a long-term strategy for organization in the field of Education in Bangladesh.
∎ Preparing the procurement plan with the Operations and ensuring that PRs and recruitment requests are raised on-time.
∎ Assist in liaising with governmental and non-governmental partners for communicating about the activities, getting authorizations and avoiding overlaps.
∎ Ensuring proper communication, at Program level, with BASTOB counterparts.
∎ Under the supervision of the Project Manager, oversee the daily implementation of the activities by:
∎ Meeting with staff, volunteers and beneficiaries in the field.
∎ Observing the implementation of the activities and providing advices and guidance for improvements.
∎ Ensuring that activities are implemented as per workplan; updating the workplan when necessary.
∎ Ensuring the effective planning and implementation of the different phases of the project cycle in accordance with Project Management Guideline, and with timeframe and targets defined in the project proposal.
∎ Supervising for the effective delivery of trainings and utilization of project materials.
∎ Ensure that templates used to collect information are consistent with requirements in terms of reporting and with the indicators sought to be measured as per logframe.
∎ Monitoring day-to-day progress toward project goals and desired programmatic outcomes.
∎ Facilitate smooth collaboration with the coordination team in Cox's Bazar and ensure that required documents are shared on time.
∎ Represent BASTOB in coordination forum as requested by the Officer in Charge.
∎ Assist in the planning and hosting of program visits by staff, donors and partner agencies.
∎ Submit monthly progress report including activities, work done, challenges, expenses and financial situation to Project Manager. Report on emergency incidences, occurrences without delay to the Project Manager and or Head of Office.
∎ Ensuring that lessons learnt are well documented and transparent.
∎ Collect success stories and share them with Project Manager.
