Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct regular visits to project areas in order to monitor BASTOB's education programs.
∎ Plan, coordinate and oversee data collection undertaken by project staff by ensuring that all data is accurately collected.
∎ Ensure proper data management (entry and storage).
∎ Analyze data and provide narrative description of the analysis.
∎ Conduct monitoring visits and prepare monitoring reports in a timely manner.
∎ Assist project staff with the development and revision of monitoring system and tools, including data collection methodology and tools, reporting forms and feedback mechanisms.
∎ Assist the Project Manager in developing need assessment studies and surveys for project end line and evaluation in collaboration with project teams.
∎ Assist the Research and Information Manager in developing monitoring system and tools, including log frames and MEAL plans.
∎ Support the MEAL team in capturing and sharing knowledge, experience, lessons learned, success stories and best practices with other relevant staff and community members
∎ Perform other task as reasonably requested by Project Manager.
∎ Perform field visits to ensure the quality of data collected by programs and to verify the accuracy of reported data.
∎ Maintain a sensitive and professional attitude when interacting with project beneficiaries and local communities.
∎ Support the Head of Office in management of Complaints, Responses and Mechanism if needed.
∎ Ensure smooth liaison Cox's Bazar and field office.
