Experience:
Honors or Bachelor in Social Science/ Economics/ Management/ Marketing/ Public Administration/ Political Science/ Business Administration or any other relevant subject from any UGC approved reputed university or institute.
Knowledge:
Knowledge and experience of dealing with RRRC, CiC, and other Government Officials.
Knowledge of public relations.
Skill:
Have excellent writing, reporting, and analytical skills.
Have excellent knowledge and skill in Office applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel).
Have excellent typing skill both in Bengali and English.

This position will execute AAL operation and supervise the class – Rohingya Volunteers. This position will identify the operational risk factors proactively. This position will be the assist Project Manager to ensure the overall administrative management of the Programme and Coordinate with relevant authorities/donors in terms of administrative & logistics issues as per Project needs.
Operation 2 Adult learning centers in Camps with maintaining minimum standards with principles of andragogy.
Execute accelerated adult learning operating plan and oversee logistics of centers and overall management.
Guide and supervise the Field Facilitator including FDMN Facilitator, Assistant Facilitator, and Caregivers to teacher guide in class.
Liaison with local community and stakeholders to represent BRAC appropriately.
Sign and adhere to code of conduct, ensure PSEA and safeguarding in classrooms.
Maintain deadline and develop different types of report – daily, weekly and monthly
Ensure proper use of teaching learning materials in classroom and maintain stock position accordingly.
Identify the operational risk factors of the programme proactively and address those issues properly.
Take financial responsibilities to provide incentive to facilitators and also incentive for learners.
Raise request to procure necessary materials for classroom conduction, ensure quality material receiving and also maintain stock and adequately use these materials
Manage classrooms with tension mangament and oversee learning outcomes of lessons
Follow community feedback and response mechanism in classrooms
Take basic and also monthly refresher training for continuous development of the facilitators and Asst. facilitators (refugee and host) to develop capacity of AAL.
Safeguarding
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
