∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): agro based farm, Agro Company Management, Aquaculture, Farm Management, Field of Agriculture and Dairy Firm, Fisheries sector, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Animal/Plant Breeding, Fisheries

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the farm, monitor and coordinate overall farm's activities
∎ Ensure proper food supply, vaccination, treatment, and maintain those data
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly plan or Seasonal plan
∎ Identify and develop new market and ensure sales
∎ Ensure farm's administrative activities (keep up to date farm's papers, address workers grievance, maintain discipline, evaluate performance and implement training programs)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 02-03 year(s) hands-on experience in managing Land Resources and turning them into profitable segments
∎ The applicants should also have experience in the following area(s): Farm Management- Livestock & Aquaculture
∎ Goat Breeding & Management
∎ Preparing Balance diet for livestock (Goat), and Fishery
∎ Treatment and remedy
