Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters / Graduation in Computer Science/ Engineering / Software Engineering or any other relevant knowledge areas.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading/participating to technology research projects / global software & technology product development projects.
∎ Requirement Analysis and modeling, Design, development, unit testing, deployment and defect resolution of new and existing custom development projects, products.
∎ Responsible for end-to-end development of assigned coding.
∎ Good skills in UI management using Bootstrap, jQuery, Telerik RAD controls, ajax toolkit and Kendo UI preferred.
∎ Knowledge of Design Pattern methodologies and Object Oriented Programming.
∎ Ensure that all IT projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
∎ Coordinate internal stakeholders and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
∎ Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
∎ Ensure resource availability and allocation.
∎ Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
∎ Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
∎ Report and escalate to management as needed.
∎ Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 or more years of progressive experience in IT including Minimum 4 years’ experience in IT Project Management role.
∎ 5+ years of proven experience in relevant areas with superior skills in the following -
∎ System Analysis and Modeling
∎ System Design and Modeling
∎ Technical Documentation
∎ Project Management
∎ Process Engineering
∎ Expertise and experience in multiple software development technologies as mentioned below
∎ Must have an advanced level experience in ASP.Net MVC 5, ASP.Net Web API, Entity Framework 6, LINQ, C#.NET, ADO.NET, Crystal reports, Reports Builders, CSS/HTML5, Java Script, Node.js, Angular.js, DHTMLX, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery.
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and achieve specified results.
∎ Must have a depth knowledge in SQL Server 2012, Oracle 11g.
∎ Must have a development experience with large-scale web development.
∎ Must have an experience with N-tiered applications.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Familiar with Team Foundation Server.
∎ Must have Professional Certificate on PMP, PRINCE2.
∎ Proven working experience as a Project Manager in Information Technology industry.
∎ Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
∎ Ability to work independently with and without direction and/or supervision.
∎ Ability to prioritize and multitask. Flexibility and adaptability in work approach.
∎ Calmness and clarity of thought under pressure and ability to maintain confidentially.
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Demonstrate leadership with team-oriented interpersonal skills.
