Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
∎ Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
∎ Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
∎ Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
∎ Module developing and developing project strategies.
∎ Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
∎ Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
∎ Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
∎ Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
∎ Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment to enhance team performance and motivation
∎ Prioritize the safety and well-being of Programme Participants, individuals in contact with the organization, and team members, safeguarding them against all forms of harm, including abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation, including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA), in alignment with the program's safeguarding objectives. Serve as a central point of support, guidance, and expertise regarding safeguarding to establish a secure working environment.
∎ Champion, advocate, and reinforce the principles outlined in the safeguarding policy throughout the team, ensuring the integration of safeguarding standards into all operational activities.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Adhere to the safeguarding reporting protocol in the event of any reportable incident and actively promote compliance among others.
∎ Responsibilities & Context
∎ As a Project Manager at RWWS, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and implementing our UN Women funded project in Cox's Bazar. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities to ensure successful implementation, timely delivery, and adherence to quality standards.
