Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context:
RW Welfare Society (RWWS) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage UN Women-supported projects at Rohingya Camp and Host Community in Cox’s Bazar. The role requires strong leadership, program management, PSEA and safeguarding commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Prepare and manage project implementation plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures as per project requirement.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, document key decisions, and follow-up actions.
Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Write and submit funding proposals to ensure the delivery of services and secure necessary resources.
Accurately and timely report the status of the program throughout its life cycle to management and stakeholders.
Train, supervise and support team members to achieve program goals.
Prepare progress reports and maintain clear communication with management and partners.
Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and actively promote a safe and inclusive working environment.
Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management as required.
Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time
