Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

RW Welfare Society (RWWS) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage UN Women-supported projects at Rohingya Camp and Host Community in Cox’s Bazar. The role requires strong leadership, program management, PSEA and safeguarding commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

  • Prepare and manage project implementation plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures as per project requirement.

  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, document key decisions, and follow-up actions.

  • Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Write and submit funding proposals to ensure the delivery of services and secure necessary resources.

  • Accurately and timely report the status of the program throughout its life cycle to management and stakeholders.

  • Train, supervise and support team members to achieve program goals.

  • Prepare progress reports and maintain clear communication with management and partners.

  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding policies and actively promote a safe and inclusive working environment.

  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management as required.

  • Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time
