• Age At least 32 years

• Promote knowledge sharing and visibility of project outcomes

• Lead overall planning, implementation, and monitoring of project activities

• Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies

• Coordinate with local communities, government agencies, NGOs, Media and international partners

• Supervise and mentor project staff, field teams, and research assistants

• Develop detailed work plans, budgets, and progress tracking systems

• Oversee procurement, logistics, and field operations in Dhaka

• Manage project risks and ensure timely delivery of outputs

• Facilitate community engagement, workshops, and participatory planning processes

• Ensure inclusion of vulnerable and marginalized groups in all activities

• Support field research and ensure ethical and quality data collection

• Contribute to technical reports, case studies, and policy briefs

• Maintain documentation and ensure proper record-keeping of project activities

• Prepare narrative and financial reports for donors and stakeholders

• Represent the project in meetings, conferences, and policy forums

• Build partnerships and strengthen collaboration with national and international stakeholders
