Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in Social sciences, Peace and Conflict Studies or equivalent

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic programmatic steering of the PVE project following the project proposal, intervention logic and approaches and logframe in close collaboration with Helvetas Sri Lanka
∎ Efficiently and effectively manage the PVE project resources, ensuring sound financial management and administration as per Helvetas policies and EU regulations in collaboration with Head of Finance and the Finance officer.
∎ Manage the M&E of the PVE project, set up the M&E system, baseline and endline if and when required.
∎ Build up good relations with implementing partners and stakeholders of PVE project
∎ Facilitate knowledge sharing for learning in PVE project in close collaboration with Helvetas Sri Lanka

Additional Requirements:
∎ A profound knowledge of local governance, capacity building of CSOs, Youth mobilisation
∎ Knowledge of peace building and conflict sensitivity
∎ At least 5 years working experience in the area of local governance, civil society and youth.
∎ At least 3 years working experience in a management position.
∎ Knowledge of EU guidelines and regulations
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, good communicator, good at relationship building
∎ Good organizational and management skills

Salary:
∎ Tk. 150000 - 170000 (Monthly)
∎ Two years initial contract with attractive compensation and benefits monthly salary range between BDT 150,000/- to 170,000/-

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Including PF, Gratuity and Bonus depending on related experiences and capacity of the selected candidate
