Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a detailed project plan with timelines, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve campaign objectives.
∎ Design a strategic approach to mobilize and engage youth, leveraging JAAGO Foundation and Volunteer for Bangladesh (VBD) network.
∎ Select and guide youth representatives for the Safe Now Campaign based on specific criteria.
∎ Arrange orientation workshops to equip youth representatives with their roles and campaign objectives.
∎ Coordinate with key stakeholders, including WaterAid, local government representatives, and community leaders for support and collaboration.
∎ Facilitate youth focal team participation in meetings with stakeholders to share campaign progress and insights.
∎ Oversee on-ground campaigns in selected public spaces, ensuring distribution of campaign materials and engaging the community.
∎ Collaborate with JAAGO Foundation's communication team to develop impactful case stories and films showcasing the campaign's impact.
∎ Provide monthly summary reports on campaign progress, expenses, and key achievements.
∎ Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in the campaign to ensure successful implementation.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Basic knowledge of Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH)
∎ Voluntary experience in any organization
∎ Working experience with city corporations and government authority
∎ Strong understanding of social behavior change communication (SBCC) strategies and their application in community engagement initiatives.
∎ Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate the youth focal team.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders and community members.
Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
