∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Process, ERP Implementation, RMG
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create project plans according to leadership objectives and direction
∎ Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
∎ Define tasks and required resources
∎ Manage the project team and allocate project resources
∎ Manage scope and budget
∎ Define project schedules, allocate resources and monitor progress
∎ Lead quality assurance
∎ Monitor and report on project progress to leadership
∎ Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
∎ Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
∎ Evaluate and assess the result of the project and document Lessons Learned
∎ Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure the project team is clear on objectives
∎ Help the project team with the design and development tasks
∎ Lead process of issue identification and resolution
∎ Manage risk tracking process
∎ Manage all documentation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 to 5 years experience in software industry preferably as a project manager
∎ Knowledge of ERP implementation as a project manager or a project member
∎ Experience in working RMG sector at any capacity will be a plus.
∎ Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
∎ In-depth knowledge of Scrum/Agile principles. CSM™ certification is a plus.
∎ Project Management Professional PMP® certification is a plus
∎ Applicants with sound knowledge of RMG and manufacturing process will be given preference
