Job Context:
∎ Project Manager-HVAC
∎ Location : Should be prepared to be assigned at any place in Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure end to end process completion of HVAC installation, testing & commissioning successfully.
∎ To prepare project estimations, budgets, work schedules and assist in project contract negotiations.
∎ To plan, organize, direct and coordinate man power, equipment, tools and supply needs to achieve project objectives.
∎ To attend meeting and functions as required.
∎ To ensure all projects are delivered on time within the scope and budget.
∎ Strong decision making, problem solving, resource allocation and planning skills and experience is required.
∎ Ability to build a team and coach, monitor, train and lead personnel in the project.
∎ Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely ordering and delivering of project materials per budget.
∎ To develop and maintain relationships with owner, general contractors, vendors, suppliers, internal employees and other trades on site.
∎ To manage HVAC Project engineering team and relevant work force.
∎ Excellent writing & interpersonal communication skills and good command on MS-Office applications Internet.
∎ Should be able to design 2D & 3D models and structures using AutoCAD.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 05 (Five) years relevant job experience required. Candidates having appropriate experience in working with large-scale HVAC projects will be preferred.
