Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring compliance to local & international financial reporting and other regulatory requirements through analysis, reviews of gaps & fostering improvements.
∎ Representing SBUs to gather business requirements, and transformation processes, manage system enhancements, conduct change management activities, and deliver selected projects.
∎ Increase transparency and traceability for customers to verify textile fibers throughout the value chain from farm to factory primarily on fiber content and quantity and emissions.
∎ Managing the end-to-end design, implementation and maintenance of reports and dashboards within Corporate Strategy and Performance, including report design, process flows, testing and documentation.
∎ Enabling business decisions by preparing ad-hoc management reports including monthly-financial analysis.
∎ Diving transparency in operational performance through revenue & cost reviews with the key stakeholders and implementation of initiatives
∎ Overseeing the claims process in operations ensuring the timely reporting on operational claims, experienced in handling Inter-company relations, accounts payables and accounts receivables, and ensured accurate inter-company reconciliations and settlement.
∎ Preparation of month-end management reports with corrective actions proposed.
∎ Managing software quality assurance team and implementation team, user training and end-user support.
