Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS).
∎ MPH is preferable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide on the job training to the staffs including code of ethics
∎ Solely responsible for maintaining and assuring quality in all the health facilities
∎ Quality assurance should be done through:
∎ o Checklist of the clinics
∎ o Technical quality
∎ o The functionality of the equipment
∎ o Maintain visitor comment book and suggestion book
∎ Develop program initiatives and project outlines which includes staff development, project management, implementation and daily management of activities
∎ Manage the performance of the clinic and provide result management
∎ Attend the local government meetings within the camps and maintain liaison with national and international bodies
∎ Be aware of all the internal and external policies and notify everyone if there is any change
∎ Solely responsible for HR management. This includes joining of staffs, sending scanned copies of the leave application form, resignation to the Head Office via email for approval, maintain transfer as per Head office order, maintain strict attendance of staffs and maintain strict HR discipline as per HR policy of Friendship
∎ Responsible for Team building
∎ Represent Friendship programmatically.
∎ Responsible for reporting and MIS management in the field.
∎ Any other task assigned by the line supervisor

Salary: Negotiable
