Minimum 5 Years’ experience as a Project Manager in Industrial Construction Projects.
Experience in Epoxy – PU Flooring, Waterproofing, Heat Proofing, Floor Hardener, Fair Face Plaster, Skim Coat - Project will get preference.
Motorbike & Driving license will get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
To allocate the Project Coordinator in different Project.
To allocate the manpower in different project as per requirement
To follow-Up project deadline, Follow-Up client & project visit & Quality Ensure
Budget Prepare / Review of Project.
Control and monitor labor, material and equipment’s expenses.
Prepare monthly cost forecasting summaries.
Others responsibilities as per company rules.
