Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Post-graduation degree from reputed university in Public Health or Social Science or Development Studies or Civil Engineering or Environmental Science or Management etc.

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsibility # 1: Planning and Field Operation - Prepare action plan and ensure timely implementation with standards. Support key staff to ensure that they deliver outputs on time, with cost and quality standards. Monitoring/follow-up of construction work and regular maintenance work of the WASH facilities and take effective steps to keep the facilities functional.
∎ Responsibility # 2: Coordination and Team Management - Coordinate project activities and distribution of responsibilities amongst the project staff. Maintain coordination and liaison with sectors actors, Site Management, RRRC Office, CIC Office, local administration and other stakeholders, maintain networking and regular communication with service providers of respective camps, maintain a local operational communications network and good relation with local and government authorities, donor representatives, UN agencies and other international agencies.
∎ Responsibility # 3: Supervision and Monitoring - Monitoring and supportive supervision of all project interventions, extend supportive supervision through community consultation meetings, reporting/ communication.
∎ Responsibility # 4: Finance and Logistics - Ensure timely request for funds to VERC Head Office, ensure financial management with quality implementation planning. Procurement planning and logistics management, financial and project compliance to ensure quality implementation, proper utilization of project resources in line with organizational policy.
∎ Responsibility # 5 Documentation and Reporting - Ensure quality data collection and timely submission of reports, both narrative and financial.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 05-07 years in WASH sector, particularly in the Rohingya refugee camp context and also on promoting child-friendly WASH technologies and facilities.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Excellent communication skills, both good in written and spoken English.
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
