Additional Requirements:
∎ The incumbent has Master's Degree from a reputed university in Environment and Disaster/ Engineering/ Development Studies/Sociology/ Anthropology or relevant disciplines with at least 8 years' experience as a development professional in an international development organization, Also at least 3 years of experience of Working in Cox's Bazar. Should have knowledge on Sphere and Red Cross Code of Conduct, awareness of CHS is essential. Understanding and experience on agricultural improvement and engineering related projects; on Social Cohesion and Protection programming; also, on humanitarian crisis contexts. s/he will be able to demonstrate knowledge, understanding, experience and practice of humanitarian values and principles and able to motivate team members and partner colleagues to achieve results in complex situations without much supervision. Facilitation and communication skills with relevant senior level government and private/corporate sector i.e., DC/UNOs, PIO, DAE, DLS, DoF, LGED and relevant NGOs/INGOs and UN agencies is must. S/he understand Humanitarian Project Cycle Management with Experience in coordination with different stakeholders and platforms

Salary:
∎ BDT 1,965,168.00 gross per annum
