Additional Requirements:
∎ To be successful in this position, you should have at least 8 years of experience in development sector with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial position and demonstrated capacity in consortium or large project management; solid understanding and experience on designing and implementing development projects on the left behind community, CSOs capacity development and result-based advocacy work in Bangladesh context and advance gender and inclusion outcomes; excellent budget planning and management skills, previous experience on multi-million-dollar grants management is expected. Previous experience managing diverse teams to deliver results, including the development of spending plans, procurement plans, and work plans; excellent spoken and technical writing ability in English and Bangla, including report writing and editing in both languages; familiarity with European Union's guidelines is an added value.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ BDT 1,860,960 gross per annum + medical reimbursement, provident fund, gratuity, life, and medical insurance
