∎ Masters in relevant discipline/ DVM will be prreferred

Administrative, Communication/ Public Relation/ Media, Field or Project Organizer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Market Research Firms, Poultry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall project management at Upazilla level and Provides leadership, guidance and support to the staffs in project implementation.
∎ Facilitate effective coordination between all donor and senior management towards achieving objective of the project
∎ Monitor the project activities to measure the results of different interventions and also provide adequate information for decision making.
∎ Analyze the project progress using the M&E information, identify the constraints and initiate to take necessary modifications in consultation with donor and senior management.
∎ Guide and support project staff to demonstrate effectiveness of project interventions and approaches.
∎ Prepare periodical Produce high quality report and submit to donor and senior managements well as government.
∎ Prepare budget and monitoring the budget by ensuring value for money.
∎ Ensure financial control and management.
∎ Enabling a friendly collaborative working culture within FIVDB Rural Enterprise Development: Duck Value Chain Project team and other project team, actively sharing information and knowledge for effective learning of the team members.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Three years experiences in management including experienced in inclusive market and value chain development projects
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
