Job Context:
∎ Friends in Village Development Bangladesh (FIVDB) & James P Grant School of Public Health , BRAC University is implementing Developing Midwives Project Phase-2 in Sylhet which financed by the Department for International Development. The mentioned position will be recruited for implementing of the project.
∎ The mentioned position based in DMP-2 Project Office, Kollogram, Khadimnagr, Sylhet.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall coordinate of monitor or supervise the activities of subordinate’s activities for Developing Midwives Project.
∎ Develops and recommends new or revised program goals and objectives of Developing Midwives project.
∎ Develops and schedules program work plan in accordance with specifications and funding limitations; oversees daily operations and coordinates activities of program determines priorities.
∎ Prepares periodic reports, financial statements and records on program activities, progress, status or other special reports for management or outside agencies.
∎ Monitors and approves program expenditures ensuring that budget allocations are not overspent.
∎ Coordinate and supervising staff e.g. finance and admin, faculty, Jr. Faculty, hostel Manager and students and others to provide technical advice, problem solving assistance, answers to questions and program goals and policy interpretation; refers to appropriate department person when unable to respond.
∎ Ensure and follow accurate service through proper distribution of logistics support, standardized teaching schedule those are addressed by BRAC University.
∎ Ensure satisfaction students result, and identify and special care that are failed/unsatisfied result or image.
∎ Evaluates program effectiveness to develop improved methods, devises evaluation methodology and implements, analyzes results and recommends and/or takes appropriate action.
∎ Develops and facilitates workshops, meetings or conferences; coordinates logistics, scheduling and participant communications.
∎ Interacts and maintains liaison with students, faculty, staff and outside/community agencies in facilitating program objectives.
∎ Ensure, perform and monitor regular supervision of Developing Midwives Project activities at relevant level.
∎ Assist and ensure properly Developing Midwives Project quarterly reporting performance and appropriate corrective action towards Developing Midwives Project management.
∎ Ensure, perform and monitor regular supervision of Developing Midwives Project activities at relevant level.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Three years experiences in management including experienced in inclusive market and value chain development projects

Salary: Tk. 70000 - 75000 (Monthly)
