Job Context:
∎ This is a joint initiative of Ahsania Mission and CRIDUSA. This is probably the first Geriatric Wellness Program in Bangladesh. The program will follow ‘American Healthcare Standards and Protocols’.
∎ Position Title: Project Manager (Trainee)
∎ Lead and facilitate the overall project management, development processes, methodologies, and success of the entire operations. Manage and oversee multiple teams and direct reports (subordinates). Ensure that all staff is working within their certifications, licensures, and scope of practice. Resolve and improve patient relations issues efficiently and timely. Coach and train staff to handle customer service complaints to ensure a “Simply Better” experience. Documents, reviews, and submits customer interactions

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Software Development Management Responsibilities:
∎ Own execution roadmaps for upcoming mobile and web features and products, driving roadmap, specifications, and delivery
∎ Collaborate with Subject matter experts (SME), product managers and engineers Roadmap and identify the necessary investments to support this roadmap
∎ Partner with engineering, product, and design to translate specifications to requirements to comprehensive execution plans
∎ Scope projects into manageable chunks that enable us to release iterative products quickly and efficiently
∎ Own the Scrum/Agile process- including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming. Manage two Scrum teams
∎ Work with multiple engineering teams to track progress for large initiatives related to your projects in a manner easily consumable by all partners
∎ Understand the fundamentals of the client's business and their interplay with development priorities to reduce delay in discussions among interested parties
∎ Work with program and product leads to author detailed reports for program status, schedules, task assignments, risks
∎ Investigate, track and resolve open issues for any given project through clear communication with a wide array of partners
∎ Participate in and lead investigations to understand, mitigate, and prevent quality issues
∎ Identify inefficiencies in the processes, and drive better, more efficient processes where needed for projects to be delivered optimally and on time.
∎ Operations Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures.
∎ Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
∎ Responsible for preparing and monitoring the company budget and forecasting on a rolling twelve-month basis.
∎ Develop and maintain financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives for the management team.
∎ Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to the management for decision making purposes.
∎ Design, develop and maintain forward looking forecast model under various scenarios.
∎ Lead the preparation of the financial budget, forecasts and long-range plans.
∎ Identify and develop key reports, industry related KPIs and meaningful data analytics to assist with analysis and decision making.
∎ Analyze business results for key takeaways to help achieve business objectives.
∎ Perform business, financial and operations analysis to impact top-line and bottom-line results and support senior management in decision-making.
∎ Participate in ERP system implementation.
∎ Manage all cost forecasting and tracking and reporting and expenses.
∎ Participate in ad hoc projects.
∎ HR Responsibilities:
∎ Manage performance of staff including hiring, performance reviews, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
∎ Engage in helping staff to continually investigate ways to improve work procedures/policies and processes.
∎ Identify and lead improvement opportunities, implementation of countermeasures and escalate to appropriate management leadership as needed.
∎ Perform any additional or miscellaneous duties as requested by the management team within the scope of knowledge and ability.
∎ Basic Qualifications:
∎ Must have:
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines:
∎ Good to have:
∎ Experience in customer service, SDLC Project management, supervisory experience.
∎ Ideal candidate will have a master’s degree in Finance/MBA experience in a similar role.
∎ Must have large ERP systems experience and advanced skill in MS Excel with pivot tables.
∎ Some experience with Business development is desirable. Additionally, prior experience in Data Analytics is desirable.
