∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Must have a BBA degree.
Requirements:

∎ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Basic understanding of business management concepts and principles.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
∎ Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
∎ MS Visio and MS Project is a plus
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop project plans. Project documentation, project artifacts, status updates, etc.
∎ Develop financial statements, RoI projections, PnL statements etc.
∎ Assist in planning and overseeing business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Support in managing projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
∎ Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and strategy development.
∎ Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
∎ Coordinate with different departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
∎ Identify and suggest improvements for operational processes.
∎ Hands on training on project management
∎ Hands-on experience in business operations and management.
∎ Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.
