Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
∎ Must have min 7 years professional experience in the following area C/C++ (min 4 years), Python(min 2 years), AI/ML/TensorFlow (min 2 years) and as Project Manager (min 3 years).
∎ Must have experience to lead min 5-10 Software Engineers and 2-5 QA members.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AIML, CC++, Python, TensorFlow
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project planning, manage tasks, communication, risks management
∎ Manage project release with quality, and schedule
∎ Plan and Perform OJT to engineers
∎ Perform risk analysis, risk escalation and action planning
∎ Confirm defined quality matrix for each and every deliverables
∎ Confirm documentation of project and Review design, architecture, source code, test cases. Ensure to standard coding practice
∎ Provide technical support to the team
∎ Perform project estimation and support for proposal preparation
∎ Ensure PPQA and execute actions based on PPQA audit report
∎ Do performance evaluation of team members on time
∎ Review and take action when needed(like issues, test cases, Test Plan, QA report, estimation, Source code, any technical document etc.)
∎ Prepare and maintain Project Management Plan
∎ Distribute the task among team members based on skills set
∎ Must have experience on Project management tools like Redmine, Jira, GitHub Backlog etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience on various platforms (Android/iOS/Mac/Windows/Ubuntu) is a plus
∎ Must have strong ability and knowledge in OOP, Algorithm Design, Data Structure
∎ Adaptability and experience with scrum or any custom implementation methodology is a plus
∎ Desire to work long but fun start-up hours
∎ The ability to work well in teams
∎ The ability to organize, meet deadlines and to multi-task
∎ Demonstrated ability to conceptual issues and develop complex processes, procedures or solutions.
∎ Ability to use several techniques to systematically break down complex problems or processes into well manageable components.
∎ Ready to offer long-term commitment, must have long-term vision
∎ Multiple technology would be treated as plus point
∎ Version control like GIT, GitHub, SVN, Bitbucket etc.
∎ Must have mindset to follow the defined development process
