Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Android, AOSP, Firmware, NDK, SDK
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company

Job Context:
∎ Must have min 7 years professional experience in the following area Android, AOSP, Firmware, NDK, SDK with min 3+ years as PM.
∎ Must have experience to lead min 5-8 Software Engineer and 3-5 QA members.
∎ Proficiency in professional communication in English is a must

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Project planning, manage tasks, communication, risks management
∎ 2. Manage project release with quality, and schedule
∎ 3. Plan and Perform OJT to engineers
∎ 4. Perform risk analysis, risk escalation and action planning
∎ 5. Confirm defined quality matrix for each and every deliverables
∎ 6. Confirm documentation of project and Review design, architecture, source code, test cases. Ensure to standard coding practice
∎ 7. Provide technical support to the team
∎ 8. Perform project estimation and support for proposal preparation
∎ 9. Ensure PPQA and execute actions based on PPQA audit report
∎ 9. Do performance evaluation of team members on time
∎ 10. Review and take action when needed(like issue, Test cases, Test Plan, QA report, Estimation, Source code, any technical document etc)
∎ 11. Prepare and maintain the Project Management Plan
∎ 12. Distribute the task among team members based on skills set
∎ 13. Must have experience on Project management tools like redmine, Jira, Github Backlog etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 37 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have strong ability and knowledge in OOP, Algorithm Design, Data Structure
∎ Adaptability and experience with scrum or any custom implementation methodology is a plus
∎ Desire to work long but fun start-up hours
∎ The ability to work well in teams
∎ The ability to organize, meet deadlines and to multi-task
∎ Demonstrated ability to conceptualize issues and develop complex processes, procedures or solutions.
∎ Ability to use several techniques to systematically break down complex problems or processes into well manageable components.
∎ Ready to offer long-term commitment, must have long-term vision
∎ Multiple technology would be treated as plus point
∎ Version control like GIT, Github, SVN, BitBucket etc
∎ Must have mindset to follow the defined development process
