Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in Management/Social Science/Statistics.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to develop the action plan and its implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
∎ Prepare case stories, reports and project proposals, concept notes, various FD & FC Forms.
∎ Facilitation skill of conducting the various trainings including EDE & PDC.
∎ Liaison with the Local Government and likeminded NGOs.
∎ Form SHG and Network for sustainability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Experience in Permaculture or Ecovillage will get preference (Submit relevant documents).
∎ 5 years working experience as a Project Manager in renowned NGOs.
∎ Experience on the Cooperative or People's organization (Need proper documents).
∎ Experience on Project Proposal and Concept Note Writing (Need proper documents).
∎ Able to operate the MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point. English and Bengali writing will be needed.
∎ Speaking and Writing in English is a must.
∎ Have a valid Motorcycle driving license.

Salary:
∎ Monthly Tk. 41,500/- (consolidated), during 3 months probationary period.
