Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, manage, and execute agro & fisheries projects from inception to completion.
Supervise farm, hatchery, processing, and cold storage operations.
Ensure compliance with ISO 22000, HACCP, and Halal requirements.
Control project budgets, schedules, and resources.
Coordinate with government bodies (FIQC, DoF, DAE, etc.)
Ensure biosecurity, food safety, and quality standards.
Prepare project progress reports for management.
Manage project staff, vendors, and contractors & Labors.
Manage accounts, day to day work plan.
Provide monthly report, quarter report & yearly report to chairman.
Provide monthly budget, quarter budget & yearly budget.
Coordinate with Head Office, Capital Management and Talent & Culture teams.
Others Task provided by Management time to time.
