Responsibilities & Context:

We are a growing and diversified business group launching a modern Agro Farm project integrating cattle farming, fish cultivation, and crop agriculture. Our goal is to implement sustainable, technology-driven farming practices to ensure productivity, quality, and profitability. We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented professional to lead and manage this new venture.

1. Plan, organize, and oversee all operations of the agro farm including cattle, fishery, and crop production.

2. Develop and implement strategic plans for farm productivity, cost control, and profitability.

3. Manage day-to-day farm activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.

4. Supervise farm staff and ensure proper training, discipline, and performance management.

5. Ensure proper animal health management, feed planning, and breeding programs.

6. Monitor fish cultivation cycles, water quality, and harvesting schedules.

7. Coordinate agricultural activities including land preparation, planting, irrigation, and harvesting.

8. Maintain records of production, expenses, inventory, and farm performance.

9. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

10. Liaise with suppliers, veterinarians, agricultural experts, and management.

11. Prepare periodic operational and financial reports for senior management.
