∎ ASPADA (Agro-forestry Seed Production and Development Association) Paribesh Unnayan Foundation was established in the year 1993 by a group of young men and women aimed at help the poor and underprivileged peoples of the society to improve their overall socio-economic status. It is founded on a set of believes consuming the basic problems of the rural people like-illiteracy, poor health, unemployment, oppression/civic inertia & environmental hazards. Peoples have their inherent power to salve their own problems; however, lack of opportunity, resources & civic rights. The development philosophy of ASPADA Paribesh Unnayan Foundation is essentially humanist, holistic and people-centered approach that aim to empowering people through develop their potential inherent powers ( intellectual, productive, physical & political/organizing) to enable them to take responsibility of their self-reliance and sustainable development.
∎ Over the years, during the course of its journey, ASPADA incorporated other areas of development which include skills building, livelihoods options & employment creation, agricultural development, market linkage development, empowerment, WATSAN, local governance, disaster risk reduction, climate change adaptation and mitigation. Attention is also drawn on gender equity, good governance and advocacy with an objective of ensuring sustainable development through a process of establishing rights of access to resources by the poor user communities. Besides, ASPADA runs a micro-credit program of its own in its area of operation facilitating capitation for the small initiative taken by the poor resource users as means of alternative income generation.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Share the project review with subordinate & higher management staff including target and achievement process.
∎ Implement project activities according to the project details and plan.
∎ Organize and conduct project inception with staff and beneficiary (farmer).
∎ Ensure project related training.
∎ ensure regular communication with staff and beneficiary(farmer)
∎ Support the beneficiary(farmer) to the market linkage
∎ Facilitate for developing beneficiary's (farmers) business.
∎ Ensure awareness building about technology dependent agriculture to the farmer.
∎ Provide technical support to the farmer.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
