Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Job Context:
∎ Joint venture project with World Fish.
∎ Contract duration: 1 year.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to coordinate with the feed consultant for the execution of all types of fish feed trials and maintain the improvement of the fish feeds quality.
∎ Will be responsible to conduct training, meeting, workshops, implement project activities, to make coordinating between company and donor, writing the report, team building, to carry out staff, actors, and farmers capacity building.
∎ Will look after the dealers/sub-dealers and turn a model "Aftab feed digital service center" to ensure all types of services along with trained up the LSPs (Livestock Service Provider).
∎ Spends at least 50% time in the fields and finds out the pros and cons of project activities, and proactively analyzes the gaps.
∎ Will work very closely with the deputy manager of field operation.
∎ Will spend 100% of his working hours to accomplish the said project.
Salary: Negotiable
