  • Project implementation experience with major donor

  • Team leader experience with human resource management knowledge and skills

  • Commitment to ADRA’s mission, beliefs, and core values.

  • Professional fluency in English - both written and verbal

  • Well-organized, able to plan and perform

  • Finance and Budget management skills

  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships

  • Proved experience in report writing in English for major donors

  • Knowledge of technical elements of vocational training and project design

  • Knowledge on Outcome Mapping and Outcome Harvesting

  • Driving Knowledge with valid license



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Ensure the implementation of the project in the field

  • Respect and ensure and fully support the rules and procedures of the agency in the project

  • Ensure good environment among employees and support all of them to fulfill their tasks

  • Ensure regular inventories and control of the assets

  • Prepare target plan jointly with Programs Director and then implement it accordingly

  • Ensure all HR obligations to the employees and the Agency

  • Ensure implementation of the project according to the goals and objectives

  • Ensure the safety of the assets, personnel and documents of the agency

  • Proper use of the budget to best implement the project considering the efficiency and cost effectiveness of each activity

  • Keep the personnel motivated and satisfied with their tasks and daily challenges

  • Promote the vision, beliefs, mission and operating principles of the agency as well as the rules, manuals, procedures, and decisions from the director, supporting the agency as a representative vis-a-vis the staff under his jurisdiction

  • Daily supervision of the staff (planned activities)

  • Ensure activities are done on time and properly

  • Prepare information required by the Project

  • Ensure staff performance evaluation is done when required by authority

  • Participate in staff recruitment process

  • Check with MIS to make sure all journaling, posting and other activities relating to accounts

  • Represent ADRA with networking and participation in various Government, Donor and NGO forums.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Programs Director/other concerned personnel
