Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic Support: Assisting in the development and execution of strategic initiatives, helping set organizational goals, and coordinating efforts across different departments.
∎ Communication and Coordination: Acting as a liaison between the executive and other senior leaders, facilitating effective communication and coordination among teams, and ensuring smooth flow of information.
∎ Decision-Making Support: Providing research, analysis, and recommendations to aid in decision-making processes, helping the executive prioritize tasks, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives.
∎ Project Management: Overseeing key Projects and initiatives, ensuring their timely completion and successful implementation, and tracking progress against established goals.
∎ Operational Efficiency: Identifying opportunities to streamline operations, improve processes, and enhance organizational efficiency, often by working closely with various departments and stakeholders.
∎ Relationship Management: Cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including Senior Executives, Board Members, Government Officials, and Partners, on behalf of the Executive.
∎ Confidentiality & Trust: Maintaining utmost confidentiality, handling sensitive information, and building trust with the executive to serve as a confidant and advisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ PMP Certification is a MUST
∎ Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
∎ Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
∎ Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
∎ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
