Responsibilities & Context:

• Support the planning, rollout, and execution of Applied Tech Ventures’ semiconductor and AI initiatives.

• Assist in organizing hackathons, bootcamps, workshops, demo days, and technology awareness programs.

• Contribute to building and nurturing student, alumni, and practitioner communities aligned with long-term applied-technology talent pipelines.

• Build and maintain relationships with universities, engineering institutes, faculty members, career offices, and student communities.

• Engage with student technology clubs and represent Applied Tech Ventures across campus and broader ecosystem forums.

• Provide early-stage career guidance to students and identify high-potential candidates for semiconductor and AI capability programs.

• Support the positioning of capability initiatives as industry-relevant career pathways, rather than standalone training programs.

• Contribute to market intelligence on emerging technology skills, student aspirations, and evolving industry demand.

• Coordinate with global technology partners, universities, accelerators, and internal stakeholders during the ecosystem build phase.
