The Project In-Charge will lead the end-to-end establishment, development, and operationalization of a new Caregiver Training Centre/Institute. This role requires strong project management, strategic planning, course development, regulatory coordination, and team leadership capabilities. The incumbent will be responsible for transforming the center from concept to a modern, fully functional, certified, and market-ready training institution.
Project Setup & Infrastructure Development
Lead the full setup of the Caregiver Training Centre from scratch—including facility planning, layout, equipment purchase, and modern training infrastructure development.
Ensure the centre meets national and international caregiving training standards (e.g., BNFE, NSDA, BMET, NTVQF, international certification bodies).
Develop implementation timelines, budgets, and execution plans for centre establishment.
Certification, Licensing & Compliance
Coordinate with relevant government bodies, accreditation agencies, and international organizations for certification, approval, and licensing of courses and the institute.
Prepare required documentation, applications, and compliance reports.
Ensure all training programs meet regulatory and global caregiving standards.
Course Development & Training Materials
Design and develop caregiver training curriculum and modules (basic, advanced, elderly care, child care, special needs care, etc.).
Create lesson plans, training manuals, digital learning content, SOPs, and assessment tools.
Ensure training materials align with competency-based training (CBT) and international best practices.
Staffing & Trainer Recruitment
Recruit qualified trainers, instructors, assessors, administrative staff, and support personnel.
Conduct capacity-building and TOT (Training of Trainers) programs as needed.
Develop performance monitoring and quality assurance processes for trainers and staff.
Operations & Administration
Establish operational systems, training schedules, registration workflows, student management, and reporting structure.
Oversee day-to-day training operations ensuring high quality, safety, and smooth functioning.
Implement monitoring & evaluation (M&E) tools for continuous improvement.
Partnership & Stakeholder Management
Build partnerships with hospitals, caregiving agencies, NGOs, overseas recruiters, skill councils, and welfare organizations.
Explore collaboration opportunities for internships, job placements, and international caregiver demand.
Branding, Promotion & Market Development
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the training centre and its services.
Manage digital marketing, community outreach, promotional events, and partnerships to build brand presence.
Identify market opportunities and demand trends for caregivers (local & global).
Reporting & Strategic Planning
Provide monthly progress reports, budgets, and strategic updates to management.
Recommend long-term growth strategies and expansion plans for the institute.
