• Develop sales goals and strategies for the team.
• Hire and train sales agents.
• Identify new leads and avenues for growth.    
• Maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Oversee the team and support them in meeting to achieve their goals or target.
• Go run to meet up sales target and convey the team for sales forecast.
• Develop and manage the plan, schedule, budget and resources.
• Have to coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholder such as sales team, marketing teams, suppliers, vendors and customers.
• Monitor and control the progress quality and risk of the sales project.
• Solve the problem raised by sales team and assure the completion.
• Make report of performance and help in KPI.
• Maintain liaison with management and all stuffs.
