Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• 3 to 5 years

• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in fit-out or laboratory projects (Textile Laboratory is an extra preference).

• Experience working in PMC-led or multi-vendor project environments is preferred.

• Strong site execution and coordination capability.

• Ability to interpret drawings and technical specifications.

• Good reporting and communication skills.Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently on-site.

• Provide day-to-day on-site supervision of civil works, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), fit-out, installation, and related activities.

• Coordinate with PMC and vendors to ensure work is executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

• Monitor site progress and submit daily and weekly progress reports.

• Support coordination of critical workstreams, including laboratory setup and validation, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and utility works, equipment relocation, and fit-out execution.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, and promptly flag any deviations or risks.

• Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and final project handover activities.
