• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering

• 12 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

Additional Requirements

• The applicant should have experience in project management and civil engineering
• Must have sound knowledge of finishing & completion works.
• Should have sound computer proficiency, especially MS Office Package.
• Must be able to handle projects independently.
• Self-motivated, energetic & capable of working under pressure, and have excellent oral and written English communication.

Job Description/Responsibilities

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly work schedule and complete the work in scheduled time. Submit periodical work progress reports on construction work to the management.
• Ensure project construction is carried out by drawing, design, and work schedule.
• Planning, scheduling, monitoring, and supervising day-to-day construction work on the project.
• Estimate the accurate quantity of construction materials as per drawing, design & raise requisition for procurement. Ensure materials and equipment are delivered at the site as per specification and safely handled and stored.
• Checking and ensuring the quality of materials before use and controlling the wastage of materials and workmanship of every work project.
• Forward contractor/ sub-contractor and other construction-related bills certifying actual work measurement.
• Maintain and enforce good construction standards and quality control.
• Preparation and Estimation of detailed BOQ of the projects and Materials requisition.
• Keep the management aware of the progress of construction projects and budget estimation regularly.
• Monitoring Materials Consumption, Stock, and Delivery Status.
• Capable of Planning, Managing, Checking, Controlling, Budgeting, and Cost Estimating for Effective Project Management as per Design at Satisfaction of Customer, Updating, Reporting All Architectural, Structural, Electrical & Plumbing, MEP plans & Drawings, Corrective or modification measures if needed to ensure the quality of works at possible effective costing.
• Perform other Tasks Assigned by the Company.
• You will report to the Proprietor of the company directly.
