Responsibilities & Context:
Accurately estimate materials, labor and other costs for interior construction projects.
Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Estimate and requisition materials based on project budgets and design requirements.
Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials to maintain project timelines and budget constraints.
Oversee interior construction activities, ensuring that work meets design specifications and quality standards.
Prepare and review bills, manage subcontractors, and ensure adherence to project requirements.
Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior construction work, ensuring alignment with project plans and design objectives.
Prepare and maintain official project documents and reports.
Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD (2D and 3D) to create detailed interior design plans and structural designs.
Ensure that design concepts are effectively implemented during construction.
Review and verify the work volume and bills submitted by various contractors.
Regularly communicate with management regarding work progress and any issues related to interior construction.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, including management and contractors.
Ensure that all project-related documents are accurately drawn and maintained.
Visit frequently various construction sites and projects, ensuring that all aspects of the interior design and construction are on track.
