• Accurately estimate materials, labor and other costs for interior construction projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Estimate and requisition materials based on project budgets and design requirements.
• Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials to maintain project timelines and budget constraints.
• Oversee interior construction activities, ensuring that work meets design specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare and review bills, manage subcontractors, and ensure adherence to project requirements.
• Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior construction work, ensuring alignment with project plans and design objectives.
• Prepare and maintain official project documents and reports.
• Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD (2D and 3D) to create detailed interior design plans and structural designs.
• Ensure that design concepts are effectively implemented during construction.
• Review and verify the work volume and bills submitted by various contractors.
• Regularly communicate with management regarding work progress and any issues related to interior construction.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, including management and contractors.
• Ensure that all project-related documents are accurately drawn and maintained.
• Visit frequently various construction sites and projects, ensuring that all aspects of the interior design and construction are on track.
