Experience:

• 2 to 5 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Civil

• 2 to 5 years

• Age 24 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Supervision of day to day operations of the site work as per design, drawing and specification maintaining quality control guideline.

• Full time close supervision of construction work as per design, drawing and specification.

• To prepare daily activity plan of construction in conjunction with contractor.

• Managing monitoring the design documents supplied by architects and engineers.

• To check and maintain safety control guideline.

• To follow-up material delivery as per project requirement.

• Day-to-day management of the sites including supervision and monitoring the site labor force.

• preparing report as required by the management.

• Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

• Physical supervision of construction work.

• Prepare necessary BOQ, Estimation, specifications, and budget of works.

• Capable of performing all types of documentation like billing, rate analysis corresponding, checking drawings and bills, etc. 

• Prepare Measurement Book & other site-related documentation and check the contractor`s Running bill.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
