Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:

Knowledge on all kinds of design & drawing including capability to review all kinds of drawings.
Basic knowledge on BNBC 2020, ACI & ASTM.
Knowledge on ETP, STP & WTP.
Vast knowledge on construction works including finishing works.
Experience on high-rise building.
Sound knowledge on Electromechanical items.
Strong knowledge on all kinds of bills, MB & others Engineering formats.
Strong knowledge on quality assurance & control system.

Bill Measurement and Cost Estimation
Surveying and Site Layout Management
Safety Management and Quality Control
Supplier Negotiation and Contract Handling
Vendor Relationship and Performance Management
Cost Minimization and Budget Optimization
