Responsibilities & Context:
Baridhara Cosmopolitan Club Ltd. is inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the position of Project Engineer to lead the construction of a state-of-the-art 10-storey club building with two basements at the Baridhara Diplomatic Zone.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full lifecycle of the construction project from planning to handover Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards
Manage project documentation, scheduling, and reporting
Oversee site safety and compliance with regulatory requirements
Troubleshoot issues related to design, construction, and operations
