Experience:

• 6 to 7 years

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• B. Sc. in Civil Engineering from a reputed engineering university like BUET, CHUET, KUET etc.

• 6 to 7 years

• Must be smart, organized & proactive

• Must be hard working with good level of concentration

• Have to be disciplined, punctual

• The applicants should have experience in the relevant area

• Should have strong communication and leadership skills

• Computer literacy is mandatory proficiency in MS OFFICE, MS Excel, MS Project etc. and Auto CAD is desirable

Experience Requirements

• 6 to 7 year(s) experience in Project Management, design and execution.

• Should have practical experience in constructing of a 10 storied building with 2 basements

• Have necessary technical knowledge in project construction

• The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality

• Strong knowledge of Project Management tools and software

• Coordination with architect, consultants, contractors and internal team

• Prepare and monitor Project schedule, reports and documentation

• Supervise site safety, compliance and regularity requirements

• Resolve all issues related to design, construction and logistics
