• Strong expertise in labor and construction management.
• Sound knowledge of BWDB standards and compliance requirements.
• Ability to prepare and review BOQ, estimation, design, and drawings in coordination with authorities.
• Knowledge of billing processes and timely reporting to project Authority.

• Lead overall planning, execution, and monitoring of RCC Jetty construction works.
• Manage and supervise project engineers, site staff, contractors, and labor teams.
• Ensure all works comply with BWDB standards, design specifications, and quality requirements.
• Oversee preparation and review of BOQ, estimates, designs, and technical drawings in coordination with authorities.
• Monitor project progress, ensure timely reporting to Authority , and resolve on-site challenges.
• Control budget, billing process, and resource allocation to maintain cost efficiency.
• Maintain close liaison with clients, consultants, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
