∎ Funded by: European Union
∎ Project Duration: 01/09/2018 - 31/08/2023 (60 months)
∎ Duty Station: Dhaka with extensive travel to area of operations/responsibility
∎ Reporting to: Country Director
∎ Commencement: 01 August 2020

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organizational leadership and HR Management
∎ Full range of Project Management
∎ Financial Administration
∎ Procurement, Contract Administration and Asset Management
∎ Communication, Advocacy and Knowledge Management
∎ Networking and Stakeholder Management
∎ Monitoring and Result Management
∎ Any other task assigned within the scope of the description of action.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 15 years of progressive professional experience of which minimum 7 years in programme / project management.
∎ Must have experience of successfully leading and closing minimum one project of similar/higher size and complexities
∎ Experience in CHT is desirable
∎ Should have experience of working with government, consortium project, institutional donor funded programmes / projects
∎ Training management/capacity building experience desirable

Salary:
∎ Grade II / Salary as per United Purpose HR Policy
