Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering from any Govt. University or Engineering College.
∎ Must have 15 years of experience in the field of construction of large scale buildings.
∎ Experience of completion of one project having basement and 10 floors.
∎ Experience in healthcare projects will be given preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ A project director is responsible for the overall coordination with the concerned parties and management, planning and taking necessary steps for the on time successful completion of the project. The Role:
∎ Regularly meeting with consultants, contractors, third parties, project managers to report progress.
∎ Reporting to management about the progress of project and discuss the issues.
∎ Monitoring progress, providing financial objectives and ensuring project quality.
∎ Devising cost effective plans and methods to enable effective completion of the project.
∎ Managing risks avoiding delay.
∎ Ensuring necessary permits and legal papers are secured prior to project commencement.
∎ Ensuring project managers supervise and manage their own multi discipline teams.
∎ Making strategic decisions and providing the necessary leadership and directions for teams of project managers to implement those decisions.

∎ Age 45 to 55 years
